Heartland Cruisers
Rod Run |
 |
The Poker Run was a huge success on Friday nihgt. Not only was it fun, it earned $$$$. for the Rainbow Room. Thank you to all the participants this first year. Next year is bound to be even better.
Saturday morning kicked off bright and early. We want to thank the Early Small Business Incubator for hosting this year's show, since the city of Brownwood had Riverside Park under construction. The large pecan trees were missed, but fortunately most of the day was cool due to the overcast sky.

If you did not see the banner you could not have missed the firetruck with blinking lights greeting you into the show area. Thank you Early Fire Department for you help.
DOOR PRIZES
The Heartland Cruisers worked for months with sponsors organizing the many gifts of both merchandize and money for this years door prizes. Thanks to all those who made it possible to give over $4500 worth of prizes.

Washers is always popular at car shows. People were giving it their best shot most of the day.

PANTY DASH
The crowd pleaser seemed to be the Panty Dash. Each team consisted of one driver and one passenger. The team started their car at the starting line, drove 60 feet where the driver had to stop the car, get out, go to the passenger side, open the door, and help the passenger into the largest pair of panties in Brown County. Then the passenger had to dash across the finish line without holding up the panties with thier hands.
